Get docs in markdown format out of github and serve it to gatsby about colonyjs HOT 3 CLOSED

Putting this into review. I didn't create a PR for this. However I pulled in the docs repo into zenhub and will create PRs there in the future.

I can't really leave comments in that diff range, so here goes:

There's a lot of missing end-of-line semi-colons, I'm assuming this project doesn't have eslint set up. This spans to the majority of files in the gatsby-source-github-docs plugin. I'm assuming it was copied from somewhere.

This is about the extent of why I could find, just by looking at it. I didn't set it up locally, although I want to do that at some point.
