Looks like annotating an enum results in Parceler trying to serialize the constants in the enum, causing the stack overflow. I wonder if we should do something different for enums... removing the @Parcel annotation on the enum should fix this:

@Parcel
public class ParcelableClass {

    public String someString;
    public int someInt;
    public Type type;

    public enum Type {
        TYPE_A,
        TYPE_B,
        TYPE_C
    }
}

from parceler.

Ah, thanks. That does work; I guess I was overcomplicating it by adding the @parcel. I'll close the issue, but it seems like there may still be an issue as enums can have instance variables.

from parceler.
