Also the --onexit hook is not run when ptw is killed with SIGTERM.
Not sure if that should be done - but it gets done on SIGINT.

However, SIGINT is not handled while py.test is running.

Interesting. Looks like Python doesn't have a built-in way to handle this like with KeyboardInterrupt. I haven't seen many other Python projects handling it, so I'm not worried about it unless someone needs it in a way SIGINT won't help.
