XML Renderer: Cannot access last() element from an empty List about gradle-license-report HOT 7 CLOSED

This is indeed a regression.
It will be fixed with #63
But when this bug is fixed, I guess this won't be satisfying for you, because it only happens, if the module-data is empty. That means, the XML-Report will be empty for you, or am I wrong on that?

@guenhter It shouldn't be empty, since the HTML is not empty. Perhaps for some modules the information is missing…

@znerd Hm, I never tried using a not released plugin. Maybe @jk1 can guide you. I guess it should work somehow by releasing to the local maven...
