One thing that's not clear to me - is that value dependent not only on the project, but on the API key which is used to access the API? Since I might have a specific project bookmarked and another user may not? Would it make more sense to exclude this property from this provider entirely (if that's possible)?

Looks like I can work around this with:

lifecycle {
    ignore_changes = ["is_bookmarked"]
  }

Still feels like something that might be better handled another way though.
