Is this still the case? It looks like this might have changed in the current version of Bulma?

Also the link you have pasted is broken, I was curious on what the reasoning was

I also ended up here to understand why are we using rem in the Bulma. Maybe it deserves a page in the docs?

There are many reasons why I don't recommend using rem throughout your css. I designed Bulma around pixels and it will stay like this.

Plus, you can easily tweak the variables to adjust the size of all elements.
