This is something I can work on. Let me read into this, as I've never actually used this feature of FFMPEG. I will read into it and add it to the program if all goes well.

I am posting an update, I added the function to the program. It's not fully implemented, it only works for the "AC3" codec currently.

Please test this new feature, give me feedback, let me know if this is what you wanted.

After I will add to the rest of the program for each codec and add it to the batch encoding side of the program.

I wanted to let you know, this program now has full support for this feature on all codecs. For single file/batch processing. I have tested as well, it works great!
