create a better starting framework when you run roots new about roots HOT 8 CLOSED

Wtf? I'm closing this - re-open it if you have any more details or plans for what you think the starting framework should be.

ha, no i mean like the starting files ... are a bit hard for newbs to understand

like we should have a layout.. like you do and an index file

and a main.styl

then in the index.jade we should say ... edit index. jade located here....

and edit layout.jade located here...

that is all i mean :)

if you start a new rails project.. loook at what it shows you when you start ..

Are you talking about the default contents of the index page? The readme? What it says on the command line after running the command?

also just remove some of the misc .styl and coffee files in the project

basically just clean it up a bit
