Roots can't detect Heroku about roots HOT 8 CLOSED

Makes a ton of sense - I wrote the deploy script for mac and linux. I'll add in alternate syntax for windows as soon as I can - for now you might just have to run heroku deploy to get the job done : )

Just an update - have not forgot about this. Roots core is getting a fairly large refactor in the next week or two, and I think I'm going to transition all the command line interaction to run on top of shelljs -- this will solve any differences between windows and unix : )

Installing Which for Windows and splitting the run call on line 31 of deploy.js into two run calls is a workaround if someone is really dedicated to Windows in the meantime. ;)
