Tried to reproduce but found an issue slightly different:
When clicking the "Test Key" button, the validation test uses the content of the "Datadog API Key" field but doesn't read what in the "Datadog API Url" field. Instead it uses whatever configuration is already saved and in use. This is not expected and the validation test should use the current content of the two fields and ignore the stored configuration.
But the following workflow works on my side:
- Change API URL to https://api.datadoghq.eu/api/
- Change API Key to a valid api key
- Click Save
- Reload the page
- Click "Test Key"
Here's my result:
Can you confirm this is the issue you're facing or is it something else?
