These problems have been addressed in the following commits:
d0e038a, 2e5dbfa, 436d990 .
Fit.UI has been refactored while ensuring backward compatibility for JS applications.
TypeScript applications will need to search and replace the following types:
Fit.Controls.Button.Type => Fit.Controls.ButtonType
Fit.Controls.Input.Type => Fit.Controls.InputType
Fit.Controls.WSTreeView.SelectAllMode => Fit.Controls.WSTreeViewSelectAllMode
Fit.Controls.TreeView.Node => Fit.Controls.TreeViewNode
Fit.Controls.ContextMenu.Item => Fit.Controls.ContextMenuItem

- DropDown: Visible placeholder results in control appearing disabled
