🚀 arcospy: a python translation of the R arcos package to access the massive DEA ARCOS dataset from 2006 to 2012. Available via PyPI! Journal of Open Source Software (JOSS) paper describing implementation.
💻 Google Summer of Code 2020 - Python Spatial Analysis Library (PySAL): link to my implementation of several spatial statistics (Local spatial heteroskedasticity, Multi/bivariate local join counts, Local Geary statistics) for one of the largest python spatial analysis libraries.
🌐 COVID-19 Tracker made alongside fellow CGIS teammates: made in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Assisted in gathering, scraping, and cleaning data. Team: Junchuan Fan, Hai Lan, Yao Li, Jeff Sauer, Zhiyue Xia, and Guimin Zhu.
