• none of the typenames have highlighting
• probably_a_parameter corrently marks the parameter names

I'm going to merge this into #70 since there's tons of things missing in C and this is kind of miscellaneous. We can use #70 and a reminder list, and then once C is ready to be tackled we can make an organized set of comprehensive issues instead of just random ones.
