i guess The JDeSurvey Team had a wrong code in line 453 /jdsurvey-extcont/src/main/java/com/jd/survey/web/survey/PublicSurveyController.java

if change

if (!surveyPage.getSurvey().getIpAddress().equalsIgnoreCase(httpServletRequest.getLocalAddr())) { to getRemoteAddr() 。 then you can access access a survey from different IP Address .
