Alignment of arguments and struct items about commandbox-cfformat HOT 2 OPEN

I have been thinking about this - some of this is probably doable. But I think aligning multiple variable declarations is probably not, given that the formatter doesn't rely on a full AST parse of the source. Aligning function declarations would likely be tricky; aligning named arguments as well as struct keys is probably the most doable.

How useful would it be to you to have some but not all of these features implemented?
