Incompatible with pgbouncer version >= 1.18.0 about pgbouncer_exporter HOT 3 CLOSED

from pgbouncer_exporter.

From our own internal fork, we've had to add these fields. Our fork is a little outdated though so not sure what applies to the current state of this repo. When I have time I'd be happy to see how to get this repo back into a usable state.

SHOW POOLS added these fields:

• cl_active_cancel_req
• cl_waiting_cancel_req
• sv_active_cancel
• sv_being_canceled

SHOW DATABASES added this field:

• min_pool_size

We had to add these fields to the pool and database structs in internal/store/sql.go, which apparently was moved to internal/sqlstore/sql.go and doesn't use the automatic mapping anymore. Our code was probably forked a long time ago and not really touched once it was working for our needs.
