This is one of those changes where a functional test suite for the protocol
would really come in handy.

When I do a cloud recording it also appears in the local tab. We should
add a flag to "record" to indicate if the recording is local. If it's
local, then put it into /var/local or /var/cloud.

When I upload a local recording move it from /var/local to /var/cloud.

repository commands should also have this flag, so we can manage the
/var/cloud directory as well as the /var/local directory.

Now RecordMessage has Local boolean flag, files are split into "cloud" (default) or "local" directories. Also unit tests and the bin/printer program get their own directories too.
