I've confirmed that these are in Maven Central and can be fetched by mvn
CLI. In IntelliJ, I can download the sources and load sources for both modules contained therein. @michaeljmarshall let me know if I can have 15 minutes of your time some time this week to hop on a Zoom and see if we can get it sorted in your IntelliJ. It seems like there's some dimension in play here that I can't reproduce on my machine.

It looks like the underlying issue was a bad cache on my local machine. After invalidating Intellij's cache, the sources load correctly.
