FWIW, this gives taggit an (undocumented and probably unstable) hook to decide how deletes should cascade. We need to add a bulk_related_objects method to TaggableManager that accepts an iterable of domain model instances and a db connection, and whatever objects it returns will be cascade-deleted when the source objects are deleted. I presume the obvious behavior would be to delete all through-model (TaggedObject) items related to any of the source objects.

Actually, on second thought, probably nothing should be returned, because the GFK and/or FK from the through model should already take care of the cascade natively. Be good to have a test that verifies this.
