Move the Add-In menu about rtc-workitem-bulk-mover-ui HOT 8 OPEN

Hi Lukas, I did not open a PMR as we’re going forward with liberty. We’ve installed it already on our qual instance and there the location of the Add-On menu is correctly. Current plan is to upgrade pro instances at the end of December.
