Make auto MDN linking ES global types case-sensitive about jsdoc-md HOT 5 CLOSED

While we're at it, I wonder if we should not try to link to canonical MDN articles instead of using mdn.io links which may not link to the right article, now or in the future.

I am happy to do this.

Although some things like boolean and Boolean are technically different types (one is a primitive value, the other is an instance) they may map to the same MDN article if there are not separate articles available.
