externals library can't be found about webpack-obfuscator HOT 4 CLOSED

I have the same problem. I think I will work around it for now (skip obfuscation), but would love to see pointers on what the cause and solution of the problem might be

@yzhang921 It's hard to say. You are trying to use two obfuscation packages: UglifyJSPlugin and JavaScriptObfuscator. Did you try to turn off UglifyJSPlugin?

Sorry, It's really too long to remember full context. I checked my project and looks like my workaround is add reservedStrings parameter.

new JavaScriptObfuscator({
reservedStrings: ['lodash', 'moment', 'object-hash', 'numbro',],
...
})
