I created the build in Windows and tested just in one MacOSx and everything was working fine in both of them. Today, just to be sure I tested it in another MacOS and definitively you're right: It was not working without removing the "shell: true" line.
In windows the shell:true is needed because the Sass command is launched with the cmd console, without that it doesn't works.
Anyway, I have changed the builds and now I hope it will be fixed in Win and Mac. I have commited them.
