You should only need to set the execution policy once if you have the appropriate permissions afaik.

Readme:

Execute the following command in an administrative Powershell shell

Make sure you start powershell as an administrator (right-click -> run as administrator). Also, I recommend using Unrestrictedinstead of RemoteSigned as the script is not signed.

If you can't set the execution policy or simply don't want to you can set it at runtime if you launch powershell with -ExecutionPolicy Bypass

You can create a shortcut which does that:

Target: C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -File C:\cgminer\cgminer-keep-alive.ps1
Start in: C:\cgminer

Then all you have to do is launch that shortcut and you don't even need to have administrative permissions. I'll add this to the Readme as well.
