Hi,
I see that your OpenApi schema has a quite long definition.
I ran some tests on my computer with Stripe API specs (you can see theses tests here https://github.com/Korbeil/stripe-php-api) and it took me ~15min to generate it.
In Stripe specs there is 39k rows, in yours there is 289k rows, so I think this is totaly ok to take more than 30min to generate a full client.
You should isolate endpoints you need to have faster generation.
