appscroll.js's Issues

Support for multiple elements

It would be nice if you could have this work for multiple elements. For example I have a navbar, a sidebar, a footer, and a main content area. If I could specify toolbars: [nav, sidebar, footer] and scroller: $(".content") the usage would be a lot easier than creating an instance for each toolbar

Dependencies?

It is not clear whether ratchet js and css are dependencies or things only for the demo page. I cannot reproduce the functionality of the demo page with my own structure, two root elements of the body app-header and app-mainContent). The result I get is that the app-header element does not scroll when you touch it but the whole page including the app-header element scrolls when you touch the app-mainContent element.

Issue when there is no overflow

For example, in the official demo, if there are only two or three List items, when you drag the lower portion of the content, the usual whole page drag occur.

The ideal behaviour is that the toolbar would still stay top while the remaining page is dragged elastically.
