It's a problem with screenshot-basic that usually happens when the person you are trying to screenshot has the game minimized. I can't do much about it, sorry.

Are you sure it's because someone's game is minimized? Most of these guys don't have their games minimized but it still shows up as a black screen. Not sure if you know anything else about that.

Usually, I’ve already tried to investigate but couldn’t find the real cause and neither fix it.

I think I might have found the issue. It only happens to be black for me, however, I'm the only one running at an a resolution of like 3840x2160 so it could be higher resolutions showing black screens.

I've already experienced the issue with Full HD screens, so I don't think the size matters. I remember reading on Unknown Cheats that some antivirus, like Malwarebytes, could block the screenshot, but I've never tested. Do you use it?
