Fix array length about fimsharp HOT 2 CLOSED

Seems like a horrible idea, will not do right now.

Considerations:

Option 1:
Allow dictionary remove, Array length is the largest key in the dictionary.

Option 2:
Allow dictionary remove, Array length is the smallest key in the dictionary before the array hole.

Option 3:
Allow dictionary remove, Use count of instead and count all keys.
