NO_GETCONTEXT except for glibc on linux about bdwgc HOT 6 CLOSED

1. It's better to use GLIBC instead of gnu_linux (to be consistent over bdwgc)
2. I'm not sure whether the proposed change works for Sparc (added by Rex Dieter [email protected] and Petr Krajca [email protected]) and m68k (added by Thorsten Glaser [email protected]).

I'm no expert but I don't see GLIBC on my ubuntu:

GLIBC is defined by features.h (which we include from gcconfig.h)
