Sorry, there's nothing baked in for that but I do agree it would be nice to have. I'd be open to suggestions on how to implement it and/or pull requests 😄.

Just FYI on our roadmap for v1.0.0 (See #27) we'd like to provide a programmatic way to expand/collapse tree branches (#24) which I think would enable what you're after. I'm closing this for now but feel free to chime in on one of those issues or re-open this if needed.
