Currently not. This would require clients to login to the system, which would require some kind of authorization (they should only see their own tickets). We could add this quite easily for agents though.

Sorry @frenkel, I meant the ability for agents to create tickets directly.

what if you enable anonymous user to create tickets and at the end of the process, you give a "ticket key" which is a password to view/interact with the ticket? This key can also be sent to them when the ticket is created by e-mail, so they can access the interface if the want to.

I'm adding customer login support right now. Creating tickets is just a few steps away.
