Briefly discussed. Mike does on think this is as significant as we might think it is ... just have to figure out UI. Will leave in Icebox for now.
Need to decide how to handle a case where new template selected does not have a template for a series? Mike concerned a bit.

An initial version of this functionality is in place on rady-test.sca. The "ReQC" button for each exam now opens a modal dialog where a user can select a template exam as override. The API implementation on the back end then locates the appropriate template series for each series in the exam and sets the override field in the db and resets the qc status of the individual series and the exam itself.
