これはLanczos法の不安定性に起因する
ものだと考えられます。
HPhiに次のバージョンで組み込む予定の
LOBCG法を用いるとこの問題は回避できるようです。
リリースし次第、ご連絡いたしますので、
それまでお待ちください。
