Don't have an ETA, but I have some success, at least with fixed frequency overclock.

Unfortunately, I don't think it would be possible to OC in most of the cases, especially on mobile devices. I haven't found a way to force overclock mode runtime within windows. If I force it from bios (desktop motherboard), then it works, otherwise commands get rejected.
I can overclock via P-States when in auto mode with 3000G, but I'm not sure this would work on the mobile CPUs.

@nitro5mymomlisasu Would you want to test if it works for you? It's a long time until the new version is completely ready, but we could probably test what I've implemented so far. It works on both 240GE and 3000G I have, but they are desktop CPUs.
