EDIT: Reopened because it seems the chrome dev version is one version ahead of the stable release version.. do you think this might cause some problems with the engine when the next version hits wide chrome release?

Are you getting that error on the server or in the client? You mention node.js, but if you are getting an error in node, it shouldn't matter what browser you are accessing it with.
