Document that GITHUB_TOKEN cannot add/edit workflows about autopr HOT 2 CLOSED

Hey, thanks for running AutoPR c:

A github actions's GITHUB_TOKEN can't edit workflows in the repo. This is a design decision by GitHub, the way to work around it is to use a personal access token (PAT) instead. I'm considering making a GitHub app at some point, to get around this.

To use a PAT, just replace the GITHUB_TOKEN.

Instead of:

      with:
        github_token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}

Create a PAT, add it as a secret, and add this in the AutoPR step:

      with:
        github_token: ${{ secrets.MY_PAT }}

Also add it in the checkout step as:

      with: 
        token: ${{ secrets.GH_ACCESS_TOKEN }}

This should definitely be better documented, preferably the error should be handled by AutoPR to give a more informative message in the PR.
