Right, this should definitely not happen. I have seen it myself but only once/twice. Is it reliably reproducible with that tiny session? it looks like the problem is in calling GetScriptCheckerOptions, which is surprising, does that happen with a particularly large script normally? Just on startup?

@tpetricek The timeout around that code is five seconds. Does it take five seconds when you get this error, or could it be an internal, smaller, timeout in FCS internals?
I can see how if you do a lot of #load, #r etc that it may take more than five seconds.
