Is it showing a user name in both the web and mobile apps but just a different user?

- It is showing the same user name logged in on app and web e.g "joe.blogs@..". Web activity shows correct user updating invoices e.g "Uncle Ben" but app shows the activity of "Uncle Ben" updates as "Joe Blogs" instead of "Uncle Ben"
- No manual changes to the database have been made. Web activity/ dashboard page shows the correct data. But the android app shows the updater as the person logged in. Although I cannot compare if someone else logs in with the android app whether it shows update activity as that person logged in (instead of "Uncle Ben") as only one person uses the app which is me.

Do you recognize the name 'Uncle Ben'?
What do you see if you run select id, public_id, first_name, last_name, email from users; in the database.

Yes I recognize the name Uncle Ben, I have replaced the real name in this conversation with it to protect privacy. The real name I recognize.
So after I run the above select command
For joe.blogs I see id = 1, public_id = null
For Uncle Ben I see id = 2, public_id = 1
first_name, last_name, and email from users are correct for these users.

Not sure I follow... you wrote earlier that you're the only person using the app, is that correct? Who created the second user/is it active?

Yes that's correct. I am the only one that uses the android invoice ninja app. The other user uses web access only, therefore I am the only one using the android invoice ninja app.
The android invoice ninja app is not reflecting the same updater ( e.g for an invoice ) in Dashboard/ activity tab compared to what it shows in the web interface. It ( android invoice ninja app ) shows the updater as user 1 ( me, Joe Blogs) for all activities instead of indicating some updates were user 2 ( uncle Ben ).
The web interface is showing the the correct data in Dashboard/ activity tab but the android invoice ninja app shows all activities as user 1 ( me, Joe Blogs ), which is incorrect as most activities are by user 2 ( Uncle Ben ).

That was quick!
It involves invoice actions and maybe payment actions, but could involve other actions as these are the only actions we currently use.
Therefore creation, updating, emailing of invoices show this behaviour.
Manual payment of invoices should show : ( this shows in the web interface )
"User_2 entered payment for in_1 for "customer_name1"
But ( android invoice ninja app ) shows : "customer_1 entered payment for in_1"
Not sure if this payment entry is as it should be or showing similar behaviour as invoice actions.

Thanks. User_1 shows it's state as "owner" and user_2 shows it's state as "active" in advanced settings > user management.
