The intention here is to allow client applications to onboard a user from their own site.
We need to restrict access to avoid the general public adding entries, and to ensure that our code has done the analysis. A simple way to do this minimally will be to set up a whitelist and test the URL originating the call.
Also need to avoid leaking the link between a social account and an ID commitment. Maybe separate the calls.
