Thank you for the idea about another currency and tax option! It will be available on v1.0.0 Release, please be patient while we prepare another feature too. Added this issue to the milestone v1.0.0.

Polish Language is available now, thanks for making it! Also, with the currency options.
Please update to v1.0.0-beta.7 related to this commit IndomaximTechID/storaji-ui@f8259a2
For tax options, still working on it. :)
