I'm having the same issue with:
<img data-src="holder.js/100%x120/text:App1" alt="App1">
The thumbnail shows 203x120, not App1

Just discovered, the minified version does not include this fix, using holder.js though does work 👍 found out the hard way...

I removed the minified version, since it's just the output of a Grunt task. Please rely on the main holder.js file.
