因為我自己也是用colmak-dh，所以我知道你的難處 ，但實際上是不可以用替換的方式處理的。

因為雙碼注音的韻母部分位置（第二個按鍵的位置）是跟前一個按鍵的位置的相對位置有關，所以換了一個layout就要從統計中文字詞的使用頻率與聲母的使用頻率開始重新統計，也就是從頭開始開發另一個全新的輸入法。

好消息是我自己colmak-dh版的雙碼注音已經開發完了，但還沒有公開發表。如果你需要的話跟我索取。

但壞消息是因為我現在公司的電腦不能安裝rime。所以，現在我自己也不會使用我自己開發的輸入法了。目前除了colmak-dh版的鍵位圖與rime設定檔之外，我沒有辦法提供更多的資源給你了。

P.S. 因為Colmak-DH版的雙碼注音是另一個全新的輸入法，所以跟QWERTY版的雙碼注音有較大的差異，韻母的鍵位圖是需要重新記憶的。
