Add Async execution support about dakata HOT 4 CLOSED

@mummyildiz added async-execution branch and implemented async edition APIs for Delete APIs, Execution APIs, GetAsync<T> as a starter for Get APIs, also with examples for DeleteByIdAsync and GetAsync<T>.
The general guideline for adding new async edition APIs is that if the API implementation is long, break it up so the async and blocking edition can share as much code as possible. Please see

in BaseDal.Delete.cs file for an example. Otherwise if the API's implementation is simple enough, simply add the async edition by duplicating the blocking edition, add Async suffix and make it async by calling async execution APIs.

@mummyildiz what left is the need to add async edition to GetXxx API. Not all GetXxx APIs, but those involves execution - getting a result from DB. That's all.
