You look at the order of the out-of-bag survival predictions and those don't reflect the "correct" order because there is nothing to be learned from the data (y independent of x) and the model cannot generalize.
If you look at rowSums(predictions[["survival"]])
, i.e. the predictions on the training data, the order should be correct because of overfitting.
