Ah, you don't have the beakerx package. There was a problem with BeakerX on Binder (twosigma/beakerx#8022) where including the beakerx project in the environment itself wouldn't install properly, so we instituted an ugly workaround (#71). Sorry for the confusion.

For the moment, you can conda install beakerx from your active scijava environment to fix the problem. I am also working on fixing the environment.yml to include beakerx properly as it should, since the problem with BeakerX has since been resolved.

I pushed an update (68cb3b6) fixing the environment.yml to include beakerx, and moving it back out of the binder subfolder. And updated the instructions accordingly.
