wc.py reports incorrect word count about unitils HOT 2 CLOSED

NOTE: I have taken some liberties in the interest of simplicity in how the string formatting is done, whereas wc (gnu coreutils) uses %6lu in a printf call, I have opted to simply place a space around each value this is after a while of playing around with options like {:>6}, {:>4}, {:>6d} and a few other variations...if you know how I can mimic the behavior of wc using Python's new string formatting syntax, please open a new issue

I have improved the fix for the formatting of the output based on my work fixing #32

it is still not perfect as it is a little off from wc when used on one file, but seems to match up well when examining multiple files.
