@liquid36 I was able to reproduce this problem. Yes it looks like Snowstorm currently limits the MRCM attribute search stage to English terms. I've created a code fix for this on branch mrcm-language-fix. Would you able to build and test this?
It's just one commit - 6454fbe797ebc6ac191a4e7b5eaec1332d907f82
from snowstorm.

First checkout the project and the mrcm-language-fix branch:
git clone [email protected]:IHTSDO/snowstorm.git
cd snowstorm
git checkout mrcm-language-fix
Then it's possible to build a local docker image and push that into your local docker daemon.
See the subtitle "Build to a local docker daemon".

Could you provide me instruction about how to build it? I'm not an expert on maven.
