5d28a63 Stats & permutation interbrain connections

* averted_pre condition only
* with 300 permutations (Just to check how long does it take to execute with that permutations

Just ignore the above warning. It is now n_fftt = 1000, n_per_seg =1000

e37c32b Get labels of significant connections

  • Count how many significant connections
  • Get labels of electrode pairs for which the connections are significant
  • Sorted from the most common to least common (the highest number of connections - less one)
    ToDo :
    • Get the actual score of PLV, ccor, or coh, if it is significant
    • Get the index of that actual score, if it is significant
    • Average actual score for PLV, ccor, or coh, out of all connections from all pairs
    • Expand the code for statistical analysis to other eye conditions (pre/post). Now, it is only available for averted_pre (IMPORTANT git add EEG/analysis/statistical_analysis_inter-brain_connections.py )
    • Adjust the variable names that are under Get labels of electrode pairs. Make it more meaningful and organized. So that it will be easy to read in the future (IMPORTANT git add EEG/analysis/statistical_analysis_inter-brain_connections.py )

d011adf Use this 1: Stats permutation for all eye conditions

Remove temporary code to count signifincat connections

  • Get significant actual scores (save for each pair)
  • Get significant indices of actual scores (save for each pair)
  • NOTE : This is only for averted_pre (still in testing now), if it works, then we need to extend to the other eye conditions.

from hyperscanning2-redesign.

  1. Number of significant connections and number of actual score are not in line for ccor
  2. ccoh for actual score is not saved

The above issues have been solved here bb250cd, yet it is only for averted pre

  • Need to expand to other eye conditions (considering pre/post)

from hyperscanning2-redesign.

f9a8c61 ready to use for permutation of all eye conditions.
