@dfabulich, should I assume the person reading the test plan is using the local dev environment with the existing ifdbadmin administrator user? Or is a different environment going to be used for the manual sanity testing?

@dfabulich, I can take this one if you want to assign it to me. Any file format preferences? I assume we just need a text file in a ./test directory for now, correct?

@dfabulich I finished the Public Home Page test plan. Since it is one of the more complex pages in the site, and a good representation of how I am going to be writing the entire test plan, I thought I might run it by you to make sure it looks okay prior to diving into all the rest of the work:
